Operations Manager (Dry Bulk) or a Vessel Operations Manager ready to step up into a Head of Operations role. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape operations in a dynamic and expanding environment.


Key Requirements:
Experience – 5+ years managing Dry Bulk vessel operations, from handy to supramax. Expertise – Strong knowledge of laytime calculations, agency coordination, bunker planning, and optimising vessel and port performance. Leadership – Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence. Problem-Solving – Experience handling cargo damage, shortages, bills of lading, LOIs, and bunker lifting. Proactivity – A track record of successfully operating voyages and time charters while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaboration – A team player who works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance performance and cost efficiency. Innovation – Skilled in creating performance reports, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.
