1. Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work.

2. Objectives of the role:

• In charge of both LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and Lubricants marketing activities.

• Marketing is also in charge of Digital projects – both LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and Lubricants.

• Strategy: turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategies to help business achieve its goals.

• Marketing plans: develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and profitability.

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop direct marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

• Lead the execution of direct marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.

• Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and understand about marketing campaigns/activities.

• Analyze customer/shopper/consumers’ influencer insights, trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

• Ensure marketing activities and copyright regulations comply with the Company standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.

• Promote strongly and drive an inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the Company’s values.

• Manage efficiently annual marketing budgets.

• In charge internal, external communications, and media relations for M&S Vietnam.

• Organize employees’ events such as year-end party, outing, etc. and CSR activities.

• Assist HSE team in communication to build a safety culture for MSVN.

• Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.







Candidate Profile - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.- Proven solid experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
