+ Lead and Manage the activities of the maintenance area according to the optimal use of the assigned resources of the company, in order to provide maintenance systems that ensure the reliability of production equipment, product quality and safety for employees.
+ Main duties include designing maintenance procedures, tracking budgets and expenses, performing inspections on different production areas to find problems and make repairs, scheduling maintenance tasks.
+ Supervising/coaching maintenance coordinators
+ Responding to maintenance emergencies.
+ Supervising and managing the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
+ Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations.
+ Ensuring that all maintenance work is documented according to internal and external requirements.
+ Monitoring the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, planning re-orders to avoid delays in maintenance activities.
+ Implementing energy-saving measures and sustainability practices in maintenance operations.
+ All the mentioned aligned to engineering standards and corporate policies.
+ Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic).
+ Knowledge preventive corrective and predictive maintenance.
+ Experience in Maintenance administration (knowledge in mechanics, electronics, electrical drives).
+ Experience managing financial resources.
+ Experience in transnational automotive industries, managing projects: installation, commissioning of new equipment, desirable to have international networking from Headquarters and other plants).
+ Advanced English level.
+ Problem solving techniques, root cause identification (certifications desirable).
+ Quality systems.
+ Knowledge ESH (LOTO).
