**About the role**
+ Lead business growth of Diageo Johnnie Walker category with multiple product portfolio management including Blue, XR, Black (through MHD Partner), Blonde
+ Integrate as total GC with fit for use of local needs. Full P&L ownership for JW mainland, and well capture TW and HK malts opportunity and challenge to provide business solutions
+ In further, have potential to Lead on GC Multi-market portfolio (XR). Develop and export innovation and asset as XR ABC (Agile Brand Community) model
**Structure and Key Stakeholders**
Reporting to the Greater China Marketing Director, this position is part of the Greater China marketing team.
The successful candidate will 1. work closely with the Diageo China business unit including Commercial, Finance and other multi-function teams to deliver JW business. 2. Well connect with GBT (global brand team) and innovation team to delivery meaningful innovation pipeline and brand activation for GC; 3. Well integrate with TW/HK team as GC lead.
**Role Responsibilities**
+ **P&L Accountability** 1. Monitors and influences nurture brand portfolio performance to ensure it meets category Annual Operating Plan (AOP) NSV, %GM, CAAP, %CAAP, Price/mix for their category; 2. Grow value share; 3. Develop and deployment of marketing plans for our malts brands that help build brand equity, grow market share, and deliver sustainable profitable growth. 4. Anticipates and manages upsides and risks to ensure achievement of business targets.
+ **Leadership** 1. Leads a team in an engaging way to create a high performing team, who are inspired to take entrepreneurial risks, encouraged to continuously learn and develop themselves; 2. Able to build trust and respect through open and honest relationships with their team and across the business; 3. Build and coach diverse teams to unlock performance and growth, in an inclusive environment where everyone can be at their best.
+ **Brand Development** 1. Lead the development of China brand strategy and annual Marketing Business Plan for JW; 2. Localize, adapt, and/or co-develop global growth drivers with GBT's support. Initiate and develop new local growth drivers as business required; 3. Brand culture, media and digital strategy that continue improve brand awareness, trial and penetration; 4. Lead the BLT/channel activation plan via heavy engagement with RSDs, central and regional customer marketing, S&OP.
+ **Category & Portfolio strategic development** 1. A ‘hand in glove’ partnership with global innovation team to fully utilize the innovation assets in China to deliver our strategy; 2. Ensure the right growth drivers and marketing assets are in place for the market and agree adaptation where required to accommodate local nuances; 3. Ensure the right innovation pipeline for the Greater China is developed and deployed in collaboration with the Asia Innovation team.

**_Experience Needed_**
+ 12+ year experiences in brand marketing.
+ Deep expertise in the China marketing environment.
+ Experienced in managing P&L and large budgets.
+ Proven experience of successfully working across portfolios within a multinational company.
+ With Global innovation or design experience is preferred.
+ Strong leadership with a track-record of successful interventions in pervious organization.
+ Proven ability to inspire and coach brands team to deliver great work.
+ With alcohol industry experience is preferred.
