15+ years of progressive HR experience.Financial or professional services industry experience, with real estate investment exposure ideal.Small company experience, required.Small company experience building a strong HR infrastructure, preferred Excellent collaboration skills.Compensation commensurate with experience.
The expected salary range for this role is $175k-$225k.
