In this role, this person will lead the HR function, focusing on resolving employee relations issues, and engaging in workforce planning. Additional duties of the HR Director include overseeing performance management, guiding leadership for best practices in compensation and pay for performance, conducting needs assessments and overseeing implementation of necessary leadership development offerings. 15+ years of progressive HR experience.Financial or professional services industry experience, with real estate investment exposure ideal.Small company experience, required.Small company experience building a strong HR infrastructure, preferred Excellent collaboration skills.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

The expected salary range for this role is $175k-$225k.
