Head of Hire-To-Retire Services

The Head of Hire-To-Retire (H2R) Services will oversee areas such as payroll, benefits administration, pension, HRIS management, compliance, employee relations, and data reporting.

We offer you the opportunity to work within an international network. You will be reporting to the head of CEE Regions and be an important player of our larger CEE country community (IL, TR, RO, HU, UA, Adriatics).


What will you do?

As the Head of Hire-To-Retire Services, you will have overall responsibility for employee lifecycle management. You will work closely with our internal customers, while ensuring compliance with global standards.

You will be responsible for the payroll team (payroll experts will be reported to you). You will be responsible to implement guidelines, processes and local regulation, while ensuring compliance with global standards. You will be responsible to implement and drive forward the digitization of HR systems and processes according to global requirements. You will work closely with the HR head of 6 Siemens companies in Israel. A good customer relationship is very important to you. You will be in close contact with the respective stakeholders and work together in a spirit of partnership and trust. You have overall responsibility for creating and adhering to the budget and the set productivity targets.

What will you need to succeed?

Certified Payroll Accountant certificate. Proven experience as a payroll professional in a multinational company, with at least 5 years of experience in a global company. Bachelor's or Master degree in HR, Economics, business or a related field from an accredited institution. 10+ of professional experience in a leading similar operation (at least 5 years in multinational companies). Previous team management experience. Experience in digitalization and HR IT implementation projects. High knowledge and proven experience of the Israeli law and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems and simultaneously manage several initiatives. Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, sense of responsibility and flexibility. Outstanding attention to details and organizational skills. Very good knowledge of English in verbal and writing. Location: Rosh Haayin in a hybrid work model.
