The Head of Growth Region Emergency Care has direct accountability on the commercial success of the Emergency Care business within Growth Region and will lead the business teams across the region. You are responsible for
Managing business performance KPI’s for the Asia-Pacific region.
Set and deploy performance targets for each of the zones (OIT, Sales, IGM, Market share).
Directly manage the Emergency Care business team in the region (business sales, localized marketing, clinical team, localized services).
Define and implement Go-To-Market approach on each of the zones including channel partners and distributors.
Drive quarterly operational mechanism of the business including business forecast.
Channeling the in-region customer voice into upstream business propositions.
Ensuring consistent customer experience, value and satisfaction in the region.
Attracting, leading and coaching team of sales, marketing and clinical application specialists.
CX/CLV, customer satisfaction (NPS) and CSG/OIT for the Emergency Care business in the Growth Region.
Identifying change, regional trends, competitors move and develop appropriate response plans.
Responsible for structuring strategic deals for the business in the region and prepare the appropriate business case.
Developing and utilizing a mix of offline and online channels (incl. x-selling/solutions selling opportunities) to increase sales growth.
Develop relationship with key customers who are trend setting/influencer in the region.
Developing and implementing sales account strategies in cooperation with the zone commercial leader to meet financial and customer objectives.
Collaborate on the execution of the marketing plan.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need an entrepreneurial, customer-first attitude and the following
15+ years commercial leadership experience in the Growth Region (Asia-Pacific).
Experience within the Emergency Care business and demonstrated understanding of the business value chain and key drivers.
Deep experience working with distributors in the Medtech industry.
Solid experience in defining and deploying strategic plan with proven impact.
Strong track record in building and leading large high-performing and diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change.
Broad international background and adaptive leadership style to connect and lead effectively across different cultures, with a good command of the English language.
