Our regulated client has three businesses and this role supports the corporate HQ along with the family office. Remit will cover California through to Australia.

Job DescriptionStand alone Head of Group HR role reporting into the boardReviewing all policies & procedures and ensuring they are fit for purposeSupporting the board and ExCo members in all day to day HR activities except payrollSupport the family office as well as the corporate HQDesign and implement a new appraisal processOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceEnsure legal compliance throughout the HQManage the recruitment and any development needsResponsible for all strategic, operational and administrative HR needsUse of spreadsheets and powerpointThe Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Group HR should have:

A degree or FCID qualificationRecent/current experience supporting a company of 100 employees or lessRecent/current stand alone HR leadership roleReporting into the boardBoth operational and strategic in outlookExperience attending board meetings and remcoExcellent spreadsheet and powerpoint skillsRegulated sector experience as this company is FCA regulated but not PRADesirable: HR experience supporting a family officeDesirable: Global experience - US, Europe & APACWhat's on OfferA competitive salary in the region of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum plus bonusHybrid working of 3 days in the City of London office - but with flexibility to attend meetings on the other days when needed
