Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in Chile ensuring that their risk management and financial lines insurance broking needs are identified and met. Develop existing clients and drive the business development strategy for new opportunities whilst contributing to the overall growth of the portfolio.
The Role
Act as a thought leader and Develop FINEX central initiatives e.g. thought leadership articles and research into Financial and Professional risks and threats; representing the Team and WTW on industry panels, webinars, social media, etc Work along with local, regional leaders and Head of Finex for Latinamerica and to Develop new Finex solutions and best in class product wordings (for SPS/product etc) Contribute to the development and execution of the Sales and Marketing Strategy Have full accountability of budget and plan in Chile, both retail and Fac, and report monthly to the Head of Finex. Create, develop and follow up on pipeline in CRM and BI strategy with all interested areas inside Chile, and along with regional leaders for broader opportunities. Represent the voice of the client when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy Obtain formal client feedback annually for all qualifying accounts. Leverage best practice from across Willis Towers Watson to deploy within the team. Ensure all sales processes are compliant with the Willis Towers Watson Excellence Model and local regulation Ensure that settlements, client cash allocations and credit management fall within agreed parameters Ensure that every client has an agreed service plan and that client advocates implement every aspect of the plan Maintain and develop a strong relationship with insurers, even if placement is developed buy a separated area, Finex Head of Chile is responsible as well for broking strategy, and working closely and in had with Fac leader. Identify development needs and build clear goals to support colleagues’ learning and career progression Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues locally and internationally Pro-actively meet the annual new business target through involvement in selected new business exercises and major projects Generation of new business and cross-selling opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the team Premium funding to be offered where appropriate Debtor collections in accordance with terms of trade Ensure all documentation is prepared in accordance with company service & compliance procedures & tools Achieve and maintain compliance with the relevant legislative requirements, the Financial Services Reform Act Tier 1The Requirements
Qualifications (or equivalence) in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act Tier 1 or willingness to complete8 years of experience in client facing and service roles.
