About the Job 


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP, Sales & Marketing Finance to join our rapidly growing team. You will be the Business Partner for global Sales and Marketing functions where you will drive and steer performance of those functions.  Reporting directly to the CFO, this position has high visibility within the organization and offers an incredible opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail oriented, have strong influencing and communication skills, able to successfully lead in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.  



What you will do 

Lead the Finance business partner team for all regional / vertical Sales teams and global Marketing, responsible for:

Managing global topline and S&M costs forecasts, budgets as well as several key metrics including ARR and subscription revenue. Partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership and collaborating with Portfolio and Services FIN on planning and executing growth initiatives.Commercial / finance deal enablement i.e., supporting Sales teams on large / complex deals (NSDs) with guidance on pricing, cross-border / tax topics, commercial terms & conditions including collaboration with LC, CF T, CF R.

Act as trusted advisor to the CFO, SVP Sales, CMO, and other key stakeholders on all matters related to orders, revenue, and Sales & Marketing investments / decisions.

Orchestrate and align crucial GTM Sales & marketing processes, e.g. discounting process, KPI definitions, Funnel conversions, Deal & Renewal desk processes, opportunity models, by proactively collaborating with Revenue Operations, Order Operations, Legal, and other key teams.

Guide the team on executing legal entity controlling and governance responsibilities for applicable countries.  


What you need 

10+ years of relevant, corporate FP&A experience in a high growth organization. Experience in SaaS / software industry and Sales operations is a plus  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus)  Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an organization, including a track record of collaboration with senior level executives and influencing the business  Strong analytical capabilities, able to develop new frameworks and model potential outcomes  Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment and ability to guide team in ambiguous situations Extensive financial modeling experience  Proficient with key financial analysis metrics such as ARR, LTV/CAC, cohort analysis Previous experience in Finance within a global environment, including coordinating the efforts of and liaising with team members in other countries  Advanced system skills in Intaact, Salesforce and Planful (f/k/a Host Analytics) a plus.   Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States Preference for this role to be based in our Raleigh, NC Headquarters. The pay range for this position is $142,310 - $243,960 and the annual incentive target is 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
