In this senior role, you will lead the enterprise-wide data governance initiatives at GE Healthcare, ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of data across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data governance frameworks, policies, and standards, as well as overseeing Master Data Management (MDM). You will also lead our Enterprise Data Governance Committee based on a federated model, with Data Mesh based architecture. This role will champion data governance principles, drive data-driven decision-making processes, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to establish and maintain data standards. You will also lead the roadmap for Data Governance related technologies for the company. Additionally, you will design and deliver training programs to promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability throughout the organization.

Educational Qualifications:

Extensive Experience in Data Governance: At least 10-15 years of experience in data governance, with a significant focus on data management within a large, complex organization.Proven Track Record in Data Management: Demonstrated experience in leading data management initiatives, ideally in the healthcare or related industries.Expertise in Master Data Management: Experience in developing and implementing MDM strategies and processes.Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale projects and change management initiatives.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
