This position will require to lead the strategic development and delivery of the Institutions programmes which includes employability and business start-up support activities with responsibility for career coaching, advice and guidance, student and graduate work experience and student enterprise, skills training, business incubation and support.

 

Main job function

Take lead in co-ordinating and developing employability projects and collaborations between key partners (internal and external), with a view to impacting upon employability objectives. The candidate will be required to provide strategic vision into the employability agenda.

Qualifications

Master’s qualification preferably with focus on Employability, Career placement/development and Services. PhD will be an added recommendation.

 

Experience/Criteria  

At least 4+ years relevant experience, plus experience managing a team.

 Salary

R25 – R30 000 pm
