To Develop Digital Sales and Digital Marketing strategy for Online commercial presence

Duties and responsibilities
Drive growth in Online to achieve business KPIs and articulate the support needed with People Process and Technology
Set Digital Sales team KPIs &ndash Sales Conversion Customer Growth Existing / New ROI
Identify and drive strategic partnerships and channels for ecommerce globally
Ensure further share of wallet for existing customers
Ensure Pipeline growth and management
Monitor and analyse conversion rate and propose improvements and optimization on investment in adspend
Structure and deliver strategic marketing campaigns for website ecommerce partnerships and social media brand presence to achieve business KPIs and articulate the support needed with People Process and Technology
Set and achieve Digital Marketing team KPIs &ndash and statistics pertaining to Comms PR Advertising Paid Marketing and Social Media
Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns email marketing social media and display and search advertising
Play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space
Train internal teams to use digital technologies
Responsible for ongoing development of website
Manage a team in accordance with guidance from CPO consisting of a technical development lead SEO lead UX/UI designer and backend developer
Set Quarterly and Annual KPAs for Digital and Marketing team
Mentor and coach staff to identify training needs and improve overall skill levels
Ensure that personal development plans are in place
Drive the employee engagement strategy to ensure employees are motivated effectively and to reduce annual attrition rates
Ensure adequate and appropriate departmental infrastructure in place to deliver against KPAs to ensure optimal operational efficiency
Produce timeous accurate and concise monthly reporting covering all key Digital Sales and Marketing metrics
Effective weekly reporting in weekly sales meetings
Assist with attending all relevant stakeholder meetings and ExCo meeting where necessary
Ensure data integrity
Perform any other duties as assigned by CPO

Minimum requirements
Matric
Degree in Marketing Digital technologies or relevant field
Relevant short courses in strategic digital areas project management would be advantageous
8 to 10 years experience as a Digital Lead & Digital project management specifically related to new and existing website development integrated into a marketing strategy
Solid experience with online marketing tools and webbased technologies
Understanding of how digital channels and ecommerce works
3 years high level commercial decision making related to eCommerce
5 years managing a diverse team of individuals including marketing creative developers

Additional Requirements
Valid RSA drivers license
Willing to travel internationally
Possess a valid passport at all times
No flying or travel restrictions health or legal
High energy levels and focus
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to maintain regular consistent and punctual attendance
Weekend work where needed to oversee digital activities
