Head of Department SAP Services (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Head of Department - SAP Services (w/m/d) to join our Group and lead our SAP Services/Basis team at Endress+Hauser InfoServe. You will be responsible for operating and continuously developing our SAP landscape, ensuring high availability and security while driving innovation through our RISE transformation.

As Head of Department SAP Services, you will play a key role in managing our SAP environment, ensuring high system availability, and guiding the team through our RISE transformation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners to drive SAP Basis and Authorization to the next level.

 

Which tasks will you perform?  
You will:  

Lead and inspire the team following E+H’s Leadership Competency Model.  Ensure business continuity with >=99.9% system availability.  Support our RISE transformation and establish the next-generation SAP Basis 2.0.  Optimize SAP Authorization Management, balancing security with efficiency.  Implement and execute an Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategy.  Enhance automation for job scheduling and workload management.  Manage key stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners.  Align the department’s objectives with E+H’s corporate strategy, setting clear OKRs.
