Job Description Summary
Topgolf is seeking a visionary Head of Creative Services to lead and elevate our brand’s execution of national Advertising, Creative Design, Copywriting and Production teams designed to run as an in-house agency. This role requires a detail-oriented, strategic, confident and proactive individual with exceptional ability to build insight-based campaigns, lead the in-house Creative and Copywriting team and manage the national external advertising agency partner, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering best-in-class advertising. This proven leader must be a strategic thinker, hands-on creative leader, detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing. Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills. This role is ideal for a creative powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering breakthrough creative storytelling to drive a brand forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides direction and support to internal and external teams in developing all advertising and promotional efforts, including national and local advertising campaigns, venue programming creative management, brand identity and brand voice oversight.Collaborates with Venue Product Marketing, Social Media, PR, Paid Media and Local Marketing teams to ensure the successful integrated launch of promotional windows.Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the creative development process to support the company’s programming and traffic-driving priorities.Steward of brand tone of voice and brand look/feel to ensure brand growth, consistency and ability to break through when communicating on external channels.Deep understanding of audience trends, design innovation and emerging media formats that serve to tell a story.ADA
