We, the global Talent and Organization (TO) expert team, play a crucial role in radically rethinking the way Siemens approaches people and organizational topics.

You'll make an impact:

Your tasks include developing and driving TO’s strategic messaging activities, ensuring continuous adaptation and refinement. Additionally, you will manage executive communication and positioning for the Head of TO, including creating content and tailoring messages to specific target audiences. You will implement consistent enablement and engagement activities for TO’s portfolio, collaborating with functional teams to enhance impact, embrace diverse perspectives, and manage Siemens’ internal and external positioning. This includes engaging with the community and creating relevant content that resonates with diverse audiences. Besides that, you will oversee internal communications for TO, aligning with P&O Communications to ensure effective information dissemination within the organization while fostering an inclusive environment. As a key interface to P&O Communications and other relevant communications teams, you will foster effective stakeholder management and collaboration, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.A core responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic communications plan for the TO department, selecting the appropriate communication channels and monitoring key performance indicators to promote inclusivity and equal opportunities. You will also plan and facilitate global TO All Hands meetings and other internal communication events to enhance employee engagement, alignment, and celebrate diverse voices. Leading and empowering a team of communication professionals, you will promote their growth, align their efforts with department objectives, and ensure diversity and equal opportunities are prioritized.

For this position a university degree in communications or equivalent relevant experience is essential. You should bring many years of professional experience in creating and driving impactful communication strategies within complex global organizations. You are passionate for translating complex topics into engaging stories, as well as experience with social media and digital platforms. In addition, demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within fast-paced, global matrix organizations and managing relationships with both internal and external partners is highly valued.You are characterized by being results-driven, focused on achieving goals while maintaining a collaborative and inclusive approach. Moreover, you are familiar with Siemens businesses, markets, and industry trends is expected. Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to work under deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content. You convince with looking for opportunities to learn and grow, both for yourself and your team. Furthermore, excellent business proficiency in English is required, and fluency in German or additional languages is a plus.
