Head of Commercial Property About the Firm: We are working with a well-established, boutique law firm in Stoke-on-Trent, looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead their growing property department. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Head of Department role at a small, dynamic firm known for its client-focused approach and strong regional reputation. You'll lead a talented team, manage key client relationships, and play a crucial role in the firm's ongoing success and growth. Role Overview: As the Head of the Commercial Property Department, you will oversee all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and landlord and tenant matters. This role will involve managing a diverse caseload while also leading and mentoring junior members of the team. You'll be expected to contribute to business development initiatives and maintain the firm's high standards of client service.
