THE ROLE The Head of Business & Strategy is a pivotal leadership role that partners closely with our CEO to drive financial growth and execute key strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for keeping our team laser-focused on financial goals, developing robust systems, and activating teams to bring strategic ideas to life. If you’re a seasoned leader with over 8 years of experience in building companies, creating systems, and managing teams, we want you to help shape the future of Third & Hayden. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Strategic Partnership: + Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop and refine financial and strategic plans that drive company growth. + Evaluate new business opportunities and expansion initiatives, particularly into live events, media, and agency operations. Financial Strategy & Execution: + Design and implement financial strategies that scale the business while keeping teams aligned with key financial objectives. + Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure financial targets are met. Team Activation & Leadership: + Translate high-level strategic plans into actionable initiatives for cross-functional teams. + Empower and support teams in executing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of strategic goals. Systems & Process Optimization: + Develop and enhance operational systems and processes to support the company’s rapid growth. + Identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency across the organization. Market & Trend Analysis: + Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to keep Third & Hayden ahead of the curve. + Provide insights and strategic recommendations that inform decision-making at all levels of the company. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Experience: + 8+ years of experience in building companies, creating systems, and managing teams. + Demonstrated success in financial strategy, business growth, and operational execution. + Experience with business expansion initiatives, especially in live events, media, or agency environments, is highly desirable Skills: + Strong strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
