Head of Business Operations (m/f/x) - Nordics

(Fulltime / permanent / Location: Danderyd)

 

The Opportunity

Join our team as the Head of Business Operations in Sweden and drive the success of our innovative healthcare solutions. This critical role involves leading a team focused on Demand Planning and Product Supply, Customer Service and Distribution, and Operational and Commercial Excellence. Your goal will be to enhance processes in these areas, contributing to the achievement of ambitious revenue goals for the region.

 

The Role

 

Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting individual growth and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align strategies and ensure effective implementation, inspiring the future and ensuring team buy-in.Oversee the product demand and supply process, ensuring monthly updates with all business areas and European/Global planners, and maintaining a solid product supply situation.Manage the Nordic supply chain.Identify and prioritize service improvement opportunities and create plans for implementation, building bridges and proactively improving cross-business collaboration.Interact with distributors across the Nordic region.Develop strategies and recommendations for improving processes, efficiency, and practices, leveraging current and future IT systems.Develop a state-of-the-art performance and commercial excellence strategy.Develop and implement salesforce effectiveness data, sales operations policies and procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization, in cooperation with the Head of Sales.

  

Your Skills and Experience:

University degree, preferably in business, data management, science, or engineering.5+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Product Supply, Operational Management, Data Management, and Commercial Excellence.Experience with digital marketing generated from CRM systems.Knowledge of PowerBI or similar systems is beneficial.Fluent in both spoken and written English.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably also Veeva/Salesforce as a CRM system.High digital and adoption skills for new technology are highly valued.

Reports to: General Manager – NordicsDirect reports: Customer Service Specialist, Regional Demand Planner, Sales Coordinator, Business Operations & Tender Analyst
