1. Familiar with KYC/AML requirements and processes, responsible for liaising with counterparties/vendors for account related matters.

2. Responsible for setting up and expansion of the securities and options trading, clearing, and custody offering to clients, with a focus on custodian services, operating and supervisory procedures, and daily reconciliations.

3. Being the main contact point for regulators and external consultants.

4. Responsible for liaise with internal/external legal, compliance teams and regulators to ensure products and procedures are compliant with respective rules and regulations.

5. Responsible for managing integration projects and liaising with internal stakeholders andproject managers (communication with project teams from other regions/countries required, eg. HK and Singapore).

6. In charge of recruitment, to build the US operational team, handle day to day duties.

7. Responsible of liaising with group management team for business arrangement and expansion planning.
