A joint venture between Il Bottaccio and RHC, Town Hall covers 6,000 sqm of hospitality space, encompassing a High-end Business & Social Club; Two restaurants, one all-day lounge, private dining and multiple bars and outdoor rooftop terraces.

Town Hall will be a venue like no other - dining options will include upscale Italian and Asian-South American fusion. Bars will encompass a vast wine list and champagnes, elaborate cocktails, whilst other craft beers and local spirits.

As such, we are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Beverage to oversee all things drinks – curate an exceptional wine list and wine programme; procure the finest spirits and develop cocktail menus; ensure we stock the best beers and non alcoholic options.

They will work across all our outlets at CTH, fostering great internal partnerships particularly with our Group Head of Wines as well as Mixologists within the wider business; ensure our teams are trained to the highest standard and work with marketing, sales and events stakeholders to keep us all on top of our game.

Much like Town Hall’s guest and membership demographic, our workforce will be a diverse, inclusive representation of London and the luxury hospitality industry, drawing on a mix of experienced operators as well as those starting out in their careers.

With such a range of distinct spaces and offers, we are looking for somebody with a proven track record within a premium, multi outlet hospitality business, such as a luxury hotel, large venue, upscale membership club.

There will no doubt be pressure and high expectations, but as part of RHC, the Head of Beverage will have the backing of an incredible senior leadership team and support office, playing a crucial role in establishing Town Hall as London’s premier luxury entertainment venue.
