Key Performance Areas
Present concise data driven narratives to business sponsors and senior staff to drive the companys priorities
Provide customer and market evaluation interpretation and communication of results synthesizing key data and insights spanning across a host of different sources and types of data
Develop simple and easy to use interfaces to make data appropriate to a variety of user groups
Leveraging data visualization toolsets to provide single source data availability to multiple user communities
Identify business needs proactively and build analysis with foresight
Ability to build the framework for the analyses and to drive decisions with the derived insights
Develop and maintain analytics and data budgets
Maintain effective relationships with contractors and other thirdparty vendors through oversight of the vendor management process
Provide strategic leadership and vision to the Analytics Department

Requirements
At least 10 years relevant data manipulation data mining and analysis experience
3 to 5 years business management experience Sales Marketing or Operations preferable in addition to analytics experience
Bachelors degree in Statistics Information Sciences Informatics Business Economics Economic Sciences or similar analytics field
Extensive experience and proficiency in Statistical data analysis software with SAS being preferable Data definition/manipulation language SAS preferable or SQL or R
Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal and team building capabilities
Strong project planning and time management
