Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our team of covenants analysts in the Americas region. This individual will lead the growth and expansion of Reorg’s covenant analysis product, ensuring it remains the gold standard in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Product Growth: Drive the exponential growth of Reorg’s covenant analysis product. Increase market share, revenues, and influence within the leveraged finance industry. Strategically Grow a Top-Notch Team: Manage and expand a high-performing team of lawyers and research associates. Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the legal research field. Scale the Covenants Offering: Develop and implement strategies to scale Reorg’s covenant analysis services in the US. Optimize processes to meet rapidly increasing demand and enhance productivity. Co-Create with Reorg’s Trifecta: Collaborate with Reorg’s team of reporters, financial analysts, and restructuring lawyers. Deliver comprehensive and market-moving intelligence in the credit markets. Deliver Insightful Legal Analysis: Author actionable covenant analysis on leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Provide insights on both performing and distressed markets. Build the Business and the Brand: Actively promote and expand Reorg's business and brand. Speak at industry seminars, build partnerships, and engage regularly with clients across the US. Be A Thought Leader: Deliver seminars, webinars, and podcasts as the face of Reorg’s Covenants offering in the US. Establish yourself as the top authority on leveraged finance covenants. Develop Innovative Products: Create innovative legal products that appeal to credit market participants. Leverage AI and other technologies to enhance product offerings. Collaborate across Functions: Work with leaders in sales, marketing, technology, and data functions to ensure the covenant offering is best in class.

At Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The total compensation range estimate for this position (comprised of a base salary plus a target annual discretionary bonus) is $385,000 - $470,000.

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
