Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic AI vision aligned with the company’s goals. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions. Manage and mentor a team of AI data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts. Collaborate with content, technology, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and drive innovation. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for content personalization and targeting. Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Communicate AI strategies and outcomes to stakeholders, including executives and non-technical audiences.  
Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI development and deployment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience building and leading a high-performance data science/AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Excellent understanding of natural language processing (NLP), Large Language Models, GenAI and data analytics.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
