Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. Oversee the daily operations of the inventory management team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues. Utilize inventory management software and tools to track inventory levels and forecast future needs. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about inventory levels and purchasing. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management. Prepare and present reports on inventory performance to senior management.

Qualification : 

Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Experience : 

20 years and above experience in inventory management, preferably in a leadership role.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of inventory management software and tools. Experience in the renewable industry. Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management software
