Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel kitchenDevelop and implement menus that reflect our commitment to quality and innovationManage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentationMaintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulationsMonitor and manage food costs and inventoryCollaborate with hotel management to create special events and promotions

Work Experience

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing hotel kitchensStrong leadership and team management skillsExceptional culinary skills with a creative flairIn-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
