Head – Strategic Dept & Governance - Infra Cluster
Collaborate with various departments in CPAG team to assess their Strategic development & governance needs and provide guidance on best practices for effective decision-making and risk management. Responsible for assisting the Cluster CPAG Heads in designing and deploying the Cluster BU Projects Strategic development and Governance Charter on the following: Time – Scheduling Cost – Budgeting and Cost Controls Contract Management and Supply Chain Management Quality Parameters Safety Standards Technology Selection, Deployment and Adoption Resource Planning and Allocation Capacity and Capability Planning Responsible for announcing and co-ordinating the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Half Yearly and Annual project review meetings of all projects in the Cluster Responsible for studying the highlighting all the critical aspects of the project reports being submitted to the Cluster CPAG Head well in advance prior to the review meetings. Responsible for management of the discussions of the project review meetings and driving key action items in close collaboration with all cross functional stakeholders. Responsible for to connect with Lead – Cluster Analytics, HR, Estimation and CPO in preparing the data, reports, and presentations for Cluster CPAG Head

Responsible for critical review of all NFAs (note for Approvals) for the Cluster Projects and co-ordinating with the respective stakeholders for preparing the justifications, commentary before submitting the same for approval to Cluster CPAG Head

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Master’s degree in Business Administration / Project Management (NICMAR) from Reputed Institute

Experiences:

15 - 20 years’ experience in Strategic development & Project Governance and Assurance Should have preliminary experience in Project Execution / Project Management / Cost Controls / Techno-commercial / Contracts Management Should have handled the role in the office of Projects Head / COO / CEO in managing and running the office. Understanding of Project Life Cycles / Project Budgets & Costs / Critical Path Monitoring High proficiency in Data Analysis, Developing Inferences with hands on ability to prepare presentations and reports. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
