If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and quality, we invite you to apply and contribute to our collaborative and forward-thinking environment at Adani.   Experience 18-21 years of experience in the Large infrastructure / Airports / Hospitals industry Proven track record of successfully leading MEP projects for Large infrastructure / Airports /  hospitality developments Demonstrated expertise in implementing sustainable MEP solutions Roles and Responsibilities Lead the MEP team in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP activities for Large infrastructure and hospitality projects Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the MEP team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems and incorporate best practices into project designs Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and successful handover of MEP systems Ability to lead a design and independently manage design consultants. Must have delivered MEP design/ design management for Hospitality led mixed use development, retail, office etc. With at least one full cycle of experience - Concept till site completion. Experience of coordination with senior management, development authorities, govt agencies and similar stakeholders Must have exhibited design and design coordination skills with various design stakeholders like structure, landscape, traffic, MEP etc Strong project management skills. A thorough understanding of agreed project outputs, resource management, specific team responsibilities, tracking issues and risks, internal and external communication and escalation   Behavioural Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Adaptability and resilience in handling project challenges Technical Skills Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within building projects Expertise in sustainable and energy-efficient MEP design and implementation Proficiency in MEP-related software and tools for design and analysis Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement for MEP systems Non-Negotiable Skills MEP Lead experience in Large infrastructure / Airports /  hospitality developments. Demonstrated expertise in sustainable MEP solutions. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS office and know-how of Revit would be essential.
