Role Purpose

As Head of Talent Acquisition, your mission is to lead a strategic, differentiated, and effective talent attraction and acquisition practice. You'll shape our workforce strategy, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, at the right time, and at the right cost. Key Responsibilities

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will wield your expertise like a master craftsman, shaping our talent attraction and acquisition strategy with finesse and precision. Your primary focus will be on crafting and implementing a market-leading strategy that resonates with our organisational goals. This will involve leveraging your deep subject matter expertise to guide our team in sourcing, recruitment, and selection, ensuring we bring aboard top-tier talent that aligns seamlessly with our vision.

But your role extends far beyond traditional recruitment practices. You'll be at the helm of a dynamic team, steering them towards excellence in talent supply and demand planning, strategic sourcing, and candidate assessment. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, where every team member is empowered to excel. In addition to your strategic acumen, you'll be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding these principles into every facet of our talent attraction and acquisition process. They call you the stakeholder whisperer as you continuously build strong, credible relationships with a variety of stakeholders.  You have extensive experience and knowledge in Talent Acquisition - both in-house and in agency/Executive Search and you are innovative and constantly seek ways to improve and adapt.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field  8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition support Experience managing diverse recruitment teams Strong stakeholder management skills Expertise in recruitment technology and sourcing tools Up-to-date with best practices in recruitment and employment legislation.
