Job Description

To contribute to Group Technology (GT) Strategy via industry research and relationships to collate the GT target state by connecting the Operating model Transform journey and Strategic change. To articulate the GT strategic roadmap and drive strategy enablement initiatives based on insights reporting on the realisation of GT strategy across all geographies and functions. To develop grow and govern the GT business architecture operating and capability model calculating and highlighting the financial impact

Act as a subject matter expert in the creation of business architecture framework development, tool suite selection, and design and methodology development for CIB Technology.Act as custodian of the approved operating and organisation model or blueprint repository, providing ongoing support to the CIB Technology Design Authority.Administer and maintain the blueprint of the future vision and assess, coordinate and review with CIB Technology at appropriate milestones to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to expectations.Advocate and drive adoption of best practices to ensure standardisation of business architecture outputs across CIB Technology through the establishment of the strategy enablement toolbox, blueprints and designs, enabling CIB Technology and Country Technology stakeholders in the cascading and realisation of CIB Technology strategy.Analyse competitors and technology strategy and operating model trends to help establish objectives and goals for CIB Technology and troubleshoot current problems and recommend solutions.

Experience Required - 15 years min
8-10 years: Experience in strategy definition and planning. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and team work. Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executives. Good understanding of the banking industry

More than 10 years: Good working knowledge and experience with the implementation and management of capabilities and frameworks within a corporate environment. Proven track record in the development and management of business architecture, operating and capability models. Exposure to organisation design
