Job DescriptionTo own, execute, scale, entrench and commercialise the Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) strategy for large country, according to metrics defined by the BU. Deploys locally relevant client value propositions in strategic focus sectors to deliver scale, client value and commercial value in line with business objectives. Localises the BCB strategy and priorities trade-offs in collaboration with Group (including relevant toolbox/es).

Directly manage the end-to-end BCB value-chain (with full suite of all BCB products) and manages shared in-country capabilities on behalf of other country business units.Operates in a complex regulatory environment with high economic activity and a highly competitive market (competition from other banks and fintechs).Runs country with a large client-base and a differentiated sector-mix.
