Job Duties:
+ Staffing and Scheduling.
+ Interacting with client families and field staff
+ Interviewing potential employees
+ Matching caregivers to clients
+ Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
+ Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
+ Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
+ Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed
Experience Needed:
+ Experience in working with special needs kids and their families.
+ Scheduling and care coordination experience preferred.
+ Staff management experience preferred.
+ Past experience in a medical field preferred.
+ Prior management experience preferred.
