Internship Structure for Transportation Engineering Content Management (ECM) Role: Overview: This 10-week internship (May 27-August 1, 2025) offers a focused and immersive experience in NCDIT’s Transportation Engineering Content Management (ECM) Department, which plays a critical role in supporting the mission of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT):Connecting people, products, and places safely and efficiently with customer focus, accountability, and environmental sensitivity to enhance the economy and vitality of North Carolina.Interns will gain practical skills in content management, application support, and web design while learning how the ECM Construction Team supports NCDOT’s mission by enhancing applications and providing innovative solutions for transportation operations. 100% remote with meetings at century center lab. Roles and Responsibilities: The intern will perform a blend of administrative and technical tasks, supporting the ECM Construction Team in providing innovative solutions for NCDOT.
