Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Operate haul truck to transport materials safely and efficiently. + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. + Follow all safety protocols and company policies. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. + Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. **What Are We Looking For** + Proven ability to operate heavy machinery safely. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Effective communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to work in various weather conditions. + Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed. **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** + $24.72 per hour. + Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. + Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
