Testing Execution: - Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects, bugs, and usability issues. - Perform different types of testing, including functional, system, regression testing. 2. Reporting & Tracking issues (Defect Management): - Identify, document, and report defects in a clear and detailed manner. - Use bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Github) to log, track, and manage defects until resolution. 3. Collaboration with Development Teams: - Work closely with software engineers to ensure early detection of defects during the development cycle. - Participate in design and test cases reviews to provide a QA perspective. 4. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. - Propose and implement improvements to the QA process to enhance quality and efficiency. 5.
