The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications, and teleconferencing equipment. Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Mission Focus: Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment.Technical Proficiency: Installation and configuration of computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. Ability to maintain government and vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches and telephone systems.Qualifications: Two years of technical proficiency with roles as a hardware technicianSecurity Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.Certification Requirement: A+ certification or equivalent
