Key Responsibilities:

Become deeply familiar with hardware product requirement development that meet external Trimble customer needs and reflect the voice of the customerWork with developers to ensure new features are created according to market requirementsBe able to generate ideas and value on your own or in a group. Establish, then utilize working relationships with engineers, architects, and designPrototype and create proofs of concept as required; leverage your team in this effort to come up with solution proposals iterativelyWork with development teams on complex, multi-dimensional projects, and learn valuable leadership skillsLearn how to effectively work under pressure and as part of a teamManage product lifecycle through advanced release/beta program for the new phase of the solution and collect user feedback and use to shape the productComplete user testing and survey to ensure products meet customer requirementsConduct market research and competitive analysis through analyzing dataDevelop strategy and roadmap development for product lifecycle

Recommended Skills & Experience

Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering or related degreeAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, product management, strategic marketing, and engineeringEffective written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Google Workspace; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge a plusAbility to empathize and understand the needs of customers and teams
