Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an experienced Hardware Field Project Manager to lead the replacement of hardware and software within their fleet of 1050 trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex hardware infrastructure projects, particularly in service vehicles such as ambulances, police cars, utility trucks, construction vehicles, FDOT vehicles or similar. This role requires expertise in MG90s, & Gtech equipment. The Project Manager will work closely with the Cyber and Radio teams to ensure seamless integration and connectivity of all truck systems. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the project to refresh all hardware and software, ensuring continuous connectivity * Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance vehicle systems * Pilot and test in the field, identifying and resolving issues * Coordinate rollouts by service center across the state of Florida * Collaborate with Cyber and Radio teams to manage antenna installations and connectivity * Conduct quality assurance (QA) on each vehicle to ensure compliance with project standards * Manage the project from inception through post go-live support, ensuring timely and successful completion * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns * Organize and oversee the installation of new equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations * Address pockets of communication issues throughout the state, working towards a 100% reliable solution
