Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Habilitation Technician to provide one-on-one services to consumers and assist in the implementation of consumer goals as outlined within the client’s support plan.

Responsibilities:

Assists in the implementation of written goals from the treatment planInstructs and reinforces target goal outcomes according to consumerAccurately notes consumer responses and results to staff; interventions and assessment via proper documentationMaintains appropriate professional conductAssists in the development of consumer treatment plan and goalsPerforms other duties as assigned/necessary

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferredCPR/BCLS certification requiredTB screeningTraining treatment planActive driver’s license in the event transportation is taking place (as applicable)Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) Proficiency in the English language may be requiredComputer proficiency requiredMust be at least 18 years of age
