**HSE Specialist**
**Purpose**
CBRE PJM, including dedicated on-account professionals and variable project managers and consultants, across Advisory in all regions.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
Help the Country HSE Director to drive visible leadership commitment, embedding a culture of safety, health and wellness within the organization and toward suppliers and subcontractors.
Promote and maintain the values of the Company at all times.
Oversee the safe delivery of projects by providing guidance and practical expertise on Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
Ensure that all HSE activities at project level are carried on in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, international standards, and company Environmental and Safety Standards.
Train and support PJM Team in executing CBRE PJM HSE tools and techniques, so that they understand and embrace their HSE roles and responsibilities.
Execute the Country Audit Assurance Program and monitoring findings for effectiveness.
Serves as lead investigator for injury project events. Create an environment where PJM team approach incidents with a mindset of learning & improvement.
Other duties may be assigned.
**Qualifications**
A demonstrated passion for HSE and an ability to role model the expected behaviors.
Be self-starters, confident and stable in manner, and be able to prioritise and work on a range of activities within a high-pressure environment.
Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication skills.
Demonstrated experience delivering results.
Fluent in English.
Travel of …% is expected and overnight stay may be needed.
**Education and experience**
A good general education and a formal management qualification in Health and Safety management and Environmental management.
2-4 years’ experience working in any one or multiples of the following is essential: project management, construction, facilities maintenance, industry, real estate.
Client-focused approach.
Auditor training/ qualifications ideally to ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001 preferred
