H&B Account Manager

This position is at a servicing level, maintaining client relationships. It will typically involve management of large, midmarket, and SME accounts, providing the products and services our clients require. It also has responsibility for coordinating with other teams and functions within H&B to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

 

The Role

Manages his/her assigned portfolio of clients and ensures delivery of required services to clients through as the client service manager Ensures that roles and responsibilities concerning client service are understood and communicated.  Maintains direct contact with clients as agreed with the service delivery model.  Ensures the GBM and IGS are fully informed of revenue and margin requirements to deliver an agreed level of service to clients and supports clients in meetings to this end.  Maintains effective communication with global client account managers on any global accounts. Supports GBM/IGS in meetings with clients as required. Implements compliance systems following the WTW Excellence Framework. Maintains interaction with Placement and Operations teams The primary purpose of this position is to deliver the highest level of service to the clients handled by them. To achieve this goal, they must communicate thoroughly and regularly with their clients and the wider H&B team to ensure consistency and compliance with the service standards.  The position is also responsible for communicating regularly and openly with the Head of Client Account Management to ensure they are fully aware of what is happening on their accounts. In particular, any issues regarding service quality or claim problems must be brought to the attention of the line manager as soon as possible.  Communication is also maintained with other teams, particularly Placement and Technical and other divisions of WTW in-country and internationally, to ensure they are always up to date with developments regarding their respective client accounts. This position will communicate with clients as their primary Client Account Manager. A communication plan must be agreed upon with the Head of Client Account Management to ensure that clients receive the level of communication as part of the Client Service Plan. In coordination with Placement teams, communication is also maintained with the insurance carriers to ensure that our requirements for our clients' needs are met and that carrier performance is maintained. 

The Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree level educationMinimum Cert CII qualified. Working towards higher CII qualifications.IFCE certified.Minimum 5 years insurance experience including at least 2 years managing major clients i.e. multi-national companies, or those in industry specialism e.g. Energy, Aviation, Marine etc.Experience in delivering high level of services to clientsBroad knowledge of local insurance markets in own country, and working knowledge of international insurance market.Detailed technical knowledge of insurance policies in areas appropriate to own business unit.Knowledge of WTW.Median level IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)Skilled in use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office Cross SellingClient Relationship ManagementTime ManagementFluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written
