About the Role
BGIS is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Gym Attendant / Lifeguard to join our team in Holsworthy, NSW. This role involves ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of a gym and pool facility. If you are a fitness enthusiast with lifeguard experience and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the gym and pool areas to ensure the safety of all users. Conduct routine safety checks and monitor pool chemical levels. Provide first aid and emergency care as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym, pool, and surrounding areas. Assist members with equipment usage and provide general fitness guidance. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries.

About You
We are looking for candidates with:

Australian Citizenship (required due to security clearance needs). A current First Aid Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Strong awareness of health and safety practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
