The role of the Guest Services Supervisor

Performs all tasks within the Guest Services Department.  Motivates, coordinates, disciplines, supervises the activities of bell, door, and valet staff.  Coordinates scheduling and training of staff. Aids in the control of expenses, helps create systems and process to ensure accurate account procedures at the front drive.

Handles all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism;

Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints. 

Works harmoniously with all departments to assure smoothing handling of guest’s arrival and departure experience.

Schedule

This position is Full Time. The schedule requires open availability. This will include morning, day-time, and evening shifts.
