What you will need:

Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.The level of knowledge normally acquired through three years of experience in customer service or related position.Relevant knowledge of the fitness industry.CPR/AED (AHA/BLS) Certification within 3 months of hire required

General Summary:

Reporting to the assigned coordinator or manager, enhances customer service by providing a variety of service initiatives including taking appointments, processing payment, answering member inquiries and assisting with a variety of member or guest related issues.
