Location: Raising Cane's River Center, Baton Rouge, LA

Position Overview: 

The Raising Cane's River Center is seeking a dedicated, part-time Command Post employee to manage the Guest Services desk. This role requires availability on weeknights and weekends. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to respond swiftly to event-related needs and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities: 

Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing questions, providing information, and resolving concerns professionally.Maintain seamless communication with security, housekeeping, event staff, and operations to ensure event safety and efficiency.Track and record event timelines, including door openings, closings, building security status, and incident response times.Use app to promptly report restroom and facility issues.Collect lost and found items, ensuring all are logged and returned to Security at the end of each event.Accurately record and report incidents or issues that arise during events.

Qualifications: 

Availability to work evenings and weekends.Strong ability to remain calm, think quickly, and handle emergencies effectively.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Reliable and able to maintain thorough records with attention to detail.
