Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:
- Greet and welcome members/guests upon arrival to the club.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Informs all golfers of policies pertaining to course conditions, care of the course, pin locations, etc.
- Directs start of play when necessary.
- Ensures each group conforms to all rules and policies set forth by the club.
- Supplies all groups with pertinent information, tees, repair tools, pace of play requirements, towels, etc.
- Logs all players by name and cart number, actual time of tee off, the time each group makes the turn and finish times.
- Communicates with the pro shop and fellow team members as to any changes in the tee sheet or no shows.
- Maintains accurate records of all golf club rentals and that they are returned in complete sets.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required by the pro shop/management.
Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:
- One month related experience or training.
Other Qualifications:
- Dependable, regular and reliable attendance.
- Works well in a team environment
