Position: Seasonal Guest Services Ambassador (Part Time Contract – May 1-September 1, 2025)
Facility: Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada
Job Purpose: The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for the admissions process as well as the Guest’s path through the Aquarium. Guest Services staff are responsible for providing direction and interacting with the Guests throughout the Aquarium. The Guest Services Ambassador is the first point of contact and ensures that we provide our Guests with a safe and memorable experience.
Please remember that due to the nature of our business, we work when others play in an attraction that is open 365 days of the year! You will be expected to be regularly available to work any shift during, before or after the hours of operation.
Critical Accountabilities:
Participates and assist in all aspects of the Guest Services department and ensure services standards are followedPerform Point-of-Sales transactions for ticket sales; including but not limited to cash transactionsValidate tickets and regulates entrance into aquariumConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guestsRepresents Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada when welcoming GuestsPromote positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication trust, mutual respect and funTake lead in answering any Guest inquiries and any guest recovery that may ariseOther duties as assigned.Special Skills and Requirements:
