We are looking for an energizing and confident Guest Service Officerto join our Front Office department and help lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences! THE ROLE
· Check-in and check-out of guests
· Cashiering and Answering incoming calls to the hotel
· Coordinating and programming wake up calls
· Assisting guests with general guest enquiries
· Arrival report updating and room allocation
· Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints
THE PERSON
· High level of grooming and personal presentation
· High level of both written and verbal communication
· Flexibility to work a variety of shift s including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
· Previous experience with Opera is advantageous
· Full Open Drivers License within Australia highly desirable
· Legal working rights in Australia
