\nWhat will you be doing?
\n\nA Guest Service Agent truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and are responsible for performing the following tasks:
\n\nWelcoming and fulfilling the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals\nCompleting the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems\nManage, effectively and efficiently, Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints\nMaintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events\nMaximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs\nPerform general incoming communication duties, including taking reservations via telephone and electronic registration systems\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nCalm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail \nExcellent personal presentation and communication skills \nAbility to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest \nComputer literate and able to navigate through Company systems \nDemonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food\n\nTravel the world and grow your career with Hilton
