You should be adept in Facilities management activities. Familiarity with occupational safety requirements and continuous improvement initiatives is also helpful.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the GPS side of facility operation in coordination with Wework community teamEnsure continuous uptime of facilities services (Lighting/ AC, pantry, conference rooms, common areas, rest room, café setup, lift services etc)Daily walk through of the site, note down the snags (IOMS / Wework tool) and work/coordinate for the timely closureWalk through with community on a weekly basis. Monthly walk through with client & operations teamHandling employee request/queries and drive it closure within the agreement TAT.Plan / execute all hands / events with client direction or employee requestPlan & execute GPS extended event’sHave an asset tracker for Nike belonging furniture’sResponsible to communicate upcoming events & day today activities for EGL employees (joint effort).Unboxing- Plan & arrange for distribution & tracking (joint effort)Ensure Café is set for breakfast & lunch asper schedule (joint effort)Food is set in the main maire according to approved menu and ready to service as scheduled.Track & order food/beverage items monthly basisOccupancy report- Weekly report to share with security- Collate for monthly reportRe-allocation for furniture as per client / employee requestsIMT tool usage (BTP): Additional task/support to update the tool on stock received & consumptionRequest/feedback tracker on facility operation
